NEW Head Chef Nick Clough
Nick started his career over 20 years ago in the kitchens of Le Meridien Hotel in London.
He has seen his creative dishes featured in 2 books – Taste of the North East – while Head chef of Bouchon Bistrot in Northumberland and Relish North East while Exec chef at Slaley Hall.
While at Bouchon Bistrot , they won Country restaurant of the year and were awarded entry into the Good Food Guide within first 6 months.
